Purchase of new X5 I just purchased a new X5 and the salesman Jake made the experience easy and pressure free. It was, however, the expertise, patience, charm and thoroughness of BMW Genius Donna Holmgren that made this the finest customer experience I can remember. Her sincere interest in my understanding and appreciating the many features of the X5 and her enthusiasm for and confidence in the BMW brand and the dealership left me feeling very grateful to be a customer of BMW of Denver Downtown.

CPO BMW 328 Great experience, very friendly and professional non-pushy staff. I called the salesperson (John Hager ) a few times over the weekend and discussed various things before making final decision to buy. Follow up appointment with Jake was super informative about all the options and how to set things up

Murray BMW's service team is A+++++ I bought my car from a used car dealership and not from Murray. However, as a certified pre-owned it was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
