Murray BMW is the best We have had 4 cars from Murray BMW. The whole process and organization is great. Rod Lamonte is the best sales person we have ever worked with. The service is very attentive and everybody is very friendly. My dog Reggie loves to go there with me. He gets lots of attention.
Great Customer Service and courteous staff! Had an engine light come on in my 2014 328d. They quickly got my vehicle in, working around my schedule since I'm 2 1/2 hrs away. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs daily. They gave me a wonderful loaner car, and allowed me to drive it 175 miles away to my residence and for all week. They worked with me on returning the loaner after the repair was complete, and allowed me to return it on a Saturday so I didn't have to take an extra day off. Murray BMW is great!
