How a BMW dealer should be As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Then an incredibly friendly car salesman greeted me and we discussed what I was looking for and the certain criteria the car needed to meet for myself. Awesome customer service Excellent customer service, Teddy Santoso made car buying fun and enjoyable, his knowledge was outstanding. Also Tina Watson did an awesome job with all of the paperwork, she was very knowledgable and professional. Donna Holmgren went through all of the features of the car and helped program everything and understand everything, she was very knowledgeable and informative. They all did a great job, I would recommend the entire Murray team to all of my friends and family!
