Superb service, personable help I have been a loyal Murray BMW customer for 26 yrs. With all of the construction and the new ownership, I was expecting a decline in service and personal relations. If anything, it has improved. While waiting for my car to be brought around, 2 different people stopped to ask if they could help me and even checked to make sure everything was in fact done so I could complete the appointment.
I just had my BMW X-1 serviced at Murray BMW Shauna, my service representative, made the service process very comfortable by letting me know what was going on, what they would do and when my vehicle would be ready. She also walked me out to my loaner for the day, a new BMW X-1. I asked if I could come pick my car up over my lunch hour and she assured me that would be no problem. Murray BMW - AAA Dealership/Maintenance I purchased my car here over a year ago. From car shopping, purchasing and all the way down to the maintenance, Murray BMW is top notch. They really put thought into customer needs, comfort, time and they really have a genuine appreciation of your business. Murray BMW has always been a "AAA" dealership in my opinion.

Service Advisor Moore is the best as usual. My 530i is old in age but low in miles. Things jus wear out. With Melissa Moore's careful attention to detail, she guides me on what to repair and when. She is the only advisor I will work with and have for 13 years. She knows her cars and her customer service skills are unmatched. She should be training others at Murray/Sonic.
great service Visiting Denver and showed up unexpectedly on their doorstep . Without an appointment they squeezed me in the next day which was a Saturday for my overdue maintenance . Very impressed .
Highly Recommend! I highly recommend Art Smith as a service advisor! He really knows what customer services means and makes you feel like you have been taken care of by someone who really cares and are not just a number coming through the door.
