Above and beyond Burke Blackman has made my experience at Murray a delightful and stress free one he even changed a loaner that was not to my satisfaction out for me (all of the bmws were currently out so enterprise brought a car over) he's friendly and so is everyone I deal with there, not to mention super professional

oil change I was told that I needed neww tires and that my car wasn't in "need" of a true oil change so they did a "quasi "oil change.

No nonsense experience The entire experience from beginning to end was quick and informative. We found the a vehicle that exceeded my expectations with features and met my price requirements. We did the test drive and completed the transaction in less than 1.5 hrs. There were a couple of minor scratches I saw later on the vehicle that I didn't notice. Without hesitation, the representative from Murray said bring it in next week and we will take care of it. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Good company, great salesperson! A few months back, we purchased a used Mercedes from Jason Harrison. Jason was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by coming to our home to program our door opener. Murray Motors has a great inventory and very fairly priced. Working with Jason was a great pleasure and he will be the first person we'll call when need a new car.

Great Service I generally hate the process of buying cars and I hate playing the haggling game. I told the dealer exactly what I wanted to pay and the worked out a fair deal. There was minimal haggling and they actually gave me above what I thought I would get on my trade. Good experience and friendly no pressure environment (from the web sales person).

Worst BMW Service Experience By far the worst experience I have ever received at any auto service department - especially a BMW one. I have worked with Kuni Lexus and Schomp BMW in the past, but BMW of Denver Downtown is the poorest and rudest service I have ever received. My BMW was leaking oil so I took my vehicle in for service. The service advisor, Phillip Graham took a lookatmy car and suggested that the valve cover needed to be replaced and it'll cost me $2,224.90.
