Background on my situation: I took my leased car in to have a jammed seat belt latch fixed and was given my car back without the latch fixed and with a low tire pressure indication light on, which turned out to be a flat tire. I did not have any indication lights on when I dropped my car off nor did the dealership communicate this or any indication lights were during the two days they had my car in their possession. Steal my son money My son when to look to buy an used car. He ended up buying it and after waiting more than two hours for the paper work, he got the car. 20 minutes later the car stalled!!! It’s been 4 days no car status. After paying $15k cash my son still has no car!!! They didn’t offer him a loaner or even an apologies!!! Be aware!! Is this the service you expect?
D- Rating with Better Business Bureau There are many car dealerships in the Denver area. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from BMW of Denver Downtown! BMW of Denver Downtown has a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. false advertising for over 4 weeks Denver BMW has shown this 2019 X5 as coming soon Stock: 99KLL31349 VIN: 5UXCR6C50KLL31349 when contacted the dealer says it is sold but they keep it advertised on cars.com they show it as 1 mile indicating new but the carfax shows over 5k miles. don't waste your time with these jokers.

Awful customer service after buying! Incredibly disappointed in customer service. We purchased a vehicle in June and are STILL waiting for them to send title paperwork to the DMV. Our temporary tags are about to expire. They do not return phone calls. Only one key was provided at the time of sale, and we were told to follow up with the service representative who would set us up with an additional key since it would be covered by warranty. Check out June 2020 'Service Dept. review on YELP Left a lengthy review on Yelp, Service Dept has become a mess....and way before Covid. They simply don't do what they say they will do. Thats pretty simple and very significant.
