Great Service! I just had some warranty work performed on my 2022 X7. My service advisor was Mr. Vialpando, and I might add, he was super professional, had a great attitude, and accommodating he put Denver BMW in a positive light! Outstanding warranty work, car drives much, much better! However, when I picked up my car this morning, the rear was covered in many water spots. Fantastic dealership I made an appointment on Thursday morning to come see a car on Friday morning. Anthony called me a few hours later letting me know that someone else had booked an appointment to see it before mine. Great Service I bought an X5M Competition from a different dealer in another state and upon delivery the vehicle wouldn't start. BMW of downtown took the time to resolve the issue over several hours even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I want to give a special thanks to Jonathan Wolf, the service foreman who made sure the problem got resolved.
