"A pleasure to deal with." We were looking for and found the perfect car to meet our needs and desires. Brian our sales advisor was nothing short of professional and courteous at all times. "Exceeds expectations" I had 2 recalls and a major AC repair. I was given a new loaner, and when I returned 2 days later, all repairs were done completely and all was well. My service advisor is very caring and thorough. Thanks

"Above and beyond" Had some issues with my cars warranty and its timeline. Paul and Cesar took great care of me and did the right thing. "Darline saved me from a big mistake" When I saw a recommendation after expecting I needed only an oil change on my 2009 MINI convertible, I was stunned, so I worried about for a couple days and called Darlene who explained the length of time was responsible for the pending failure of a gasket which cost $100 but was inside the engine, and had already started to leak coolant.
