"Service is excellent..." Jimmy is always wonderful to work with. He is thorough and honest. I have been going to him for years and he is one of the reasons that I keep considering buying another BMW. After all, if you don't get great service after the sale then it makes owning the vehicle more difficult, and unpleasant. This service center makes owning and servicing a BMW a pleasure. "They did the right thing!" I purchased my 2013 X3 AS-IS from Ferman BMW in July 2018. Two months later I was faced with an engine that needed to be replaced. When I called Ferman BMW, Brian Pelletier didn't hesitate to do everything he could to help. I spoke with the GM, Bob Murray about my situation, he was empathetic & helped with this very expensive problem. They provided me with a loaner car for the entire time they had my car for repairs. "Great service experience" When my check engine light went on the Ferman service department got me in the next day for service. While they had the car they also completed a couple of manufacturer engineering changes and gave me a loaner car to use while they completed the work. Very satisfied with this dealership.
