"Unannounced visit w/ engine light on; worked me in " Worked me in even with a full schedule of service! Arrived, from out of town, unannounced with engine light “on”. A few hours wait, but repaired the problem

"Always a Great Experience " Why go anywhere else? Brian is the best. I haven’t bought a car from anyone else in years. Joe in finance was awesome as well. I can’t say enough great things about them and the dealership. I recommend them highly.

"Kept me informed and happy. " Let’s face it, having to take your car and is a real pain. But Jamie at Furman BMW really helped my experience. From the beginning she kept me very informed of what was going on. She also made sure that I had a ride home or a car to rent in case I needed transportation during the time my car was being repaired. "Best service around!" Every time I visit your dealership my expectations are exceeded in every aspect. Robert Chodorowski is very professional, top of the line client advisor and overall a great man to deal with! I will NOT go anywhere else to purchase a car because of HIM! I recommended many of my friends to see Robert and he managed to sell a car every one of them. Service department didn’t disappoint either, always a pleasure!

"Above & Beyond!" Jamie and Team went above and beyond when working on my Mini. Not knowing what was quite wrong with it when I brought it in, they kept me up to date throughout the day regarding progress. Since I am not from the area and was waiting, they continually checked on me to see if I needed anything and even gave me a ride to the mall so that I could break up the wait. "Service on 5 series " Very helpful staff, Doug and Tomas a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. Great place to wait for work to be finished and shuttle service wherever you want to go!
