"Unexpected service needed" After driving 1,000, I pulled into my hotel and the drive train maintenance light came on. Ferman gave me an appointment the next day and provided a loaner. They provided excellent service. I am from Pennsylvania but they took care of the situation as if I was a long time customer.

"Great service " I unfortunately bought my car at Bert Smith BMW and live only a few minutes away but always take my car for service to Ferman BMW as they always provide excellent service (unlike Bert Smith). I highly recommend Ferman BMW!

"Wonderful" Buying a car here is a wonderful experience. They give you VIP service and best deal. Alex our salesman is a great guy. He spent a lot of hours with us even when I kept changing my mind on the type of car I wanted. He smiled and was very patient. Fabulous place to buy a car or get your car serviced. The finance guy worked very hard to get me the best deal and interest rate. He was funny and sweet and knew his stuff. It was fast and easy. Thank you guys y’all rock!!!!
