"Professional and efficient" My experience can be summed up as professional and efficient. An experience that began when I made my initial phone inquiry to an internet posting right through the time I first walked in the door to the time I drove home with the vehicle.

"Great buying experience!" Car shopping is never fun but Ferman BMW made it as painless as possible! I will purchase a vehicle from them again for sure. They were fair and upfront with their pricing and fees as well.

"Seamless buying transaction " I bought my car from Alex (I guess there is two so the Russian one) he was polite accommodating and helped me through the entire process 10 out of 10. I have bought a lot of cars and I wish they were all from him. The only issue I ran into is after sale, the dealership didn’t update my maps and wanted to charge me a large amount. "Best service at Ferman!" This was by far my best experience at Ferman BMW and it is because of Cesar Teresa. Excellent! I have been dealing with BMW service for nearly 25 years and have never been impressed with the customer service when requiring service. Usually the service reps are smug and make me feel like I am interrupting their internet browsing.

"Replaced damaged tire." Found a hard to find tire in inventory and installed it at a fair market price. They were pleasant and very helpful. Thanks very much.

"Best car buying experience ever!" I can't recommend Ferman enough to buy a new or used car. Would buy from them again. Can't recommend them enough compared to other dealerships in the area.

"2018 430i Purchase" Alekandr Senko worked hard, was extremely patient and very responsive. His main concern was me and making sure I could get into the car that best fit my needs. He stayed with us until everything was finalized and done which was not until 10:30p.m.
