"Excellent customer service " Jack Rowland was my sales rep when I bought the 2018 Mini Cooper Countryman executive demo car 2 weeks ago. The business transaction was seamless with my trade- in and was able to agree on the number within reasonable time. "7th Car in a Row" I have purchased or leased 5 BMWs for myself and wife and purchased 2 gently used SUVs for my daughter from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor over the past two decades.
