"Awesome services. " I originally at Ferman BMW due to my previous car troubles, I wanted to just get out of that car and into a newer one. The two ladies who work in loaners, they were super sweet and did everything they could last minute. Getting into sales, Robert was so patient with answering all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with it all. "Great Experience " Ferman BMW was professional and not at all pushy. Charlie Fernandes met me at the door and the car of my dreams was just feet away. I wanted a 2018 red convertible and I got my wish. With $7000 off the price, how could you go wrong. I’m delighted with my car and the kind, professional way I was treated. I would definitely recommend Ferman BMW.

"2012 MINI Service" Service was great! I had an appointment as was taken care of on time. Darlene my service advisor was great. She made everything clear as to the cost and time involved to complete the work. The part was in stock so I was done in the time Darlene stated.

"Friendly and efficient" I transfers from a Tampa dealership, and it was a pleasant surprise to find at Ferman a nicely stocked service waiting area, friendly and knowledgeable service advisors, and an overall good experience.

" Excellent in every way. " It all went smoothly and quickly, thanks to the outstanding CESAR TERESO. In addition, getting the 330i loaner persuaded me that it is the model BMW I want next. After 19 years and four cars bought from Ferman, I have no desire to go elsewhere.

"Charlie is the bomb! 😀" Charlie met me in the front of the dealership. I had told my husband the night before that my dream car was a red convertible BMW. Charlie and I walked a few paces and there she was, my beautiful, shining red convertible two series. We took her for a ride and it was all I envisioned it to be. "Fair Car Buying Experience" Typical car sales tactics. I'm not convinced my salesman was completely honest with me which is aggravating. Nice guy though and very knowledgeable about all of the car's functions. Was happy to take advantage of the dealership's concierge pick up service, but was told the pick up service is 2 weeks out. Ummm...not a good sign. So much for that part of the sales pitch. I'm keeping my expectations regarding service at this dealership to a minimum.
