"I love Ferman BMW!" The air duct pipe on my 335is suddenly gave out. Even though my vehicle is out of warranty, Ferman BMW replaced it at no cost the day after I dropped it off for no charge! Although I purchased my vehicle at Ferman BMW, I haven't used their service center since I actually live closer to a different BMW service center. I will definitely be visiting Ferman BMW from now on for my service needs. Thanks again Ferman BMW!

"5 Star BMW Service dept" Ferman BMW does an outstanding job taking care of my Beamer! It starts with my Service Advisor Jimmy. He is very professional! He takes care of the appointment for oil changes,etc. Honestly, I don’t have issues with my BMW so I only see the staff on regular checkups. The loaner car staff is great too! 5 Star All around!

"Service appointment" The service department is fantastic. My rep Marc is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended Ferman Mini service department. This is coming from someone who spent some time in the car business.

"Great service!" Each time I come in for service Marc has been my service rep. First, I really appreciate having the same service rep each time. His communications from the beginning through service completion is great. He takes the time answer questions and explains any work that is being performed. "Competent, professional Staff" Just took delivery of a new 2018 X3. Salesman was Dan McCloy who was superb. He knows the product line inside out. Always kept me updated on vehicle status and kept an eye out for me. A true professional. Also dealt with Stone, the "BMW Genius" and he is in fact a genius ! Great dealership.
