"Great service!" Took my 2013 Hardtop S in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Marc was aware I am participating in MINIbTakescThe States 2018 next month. He had car checked for anything else that might be needed done considering the several thousand miles the car will have on it within the next month. I left that afternoon in a timely manner with complete confidence of the service done and more. Marc and service department earned my 5 star rating.

"Great experience! " Since the moment we walked in, Dan provided an excellent customer service and a great experience overall. My husband bought a BMW and 2 weeks later we were back to buy mine! "Service" Great staff and quick service. The staff explained everything. The lobby and waiting area were very clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. They ordered the parts I needed and kept me informed of costs.
