"Window tint" The staff was helpful. I was able to get a ride to work and back to get my car. Thanks for being accommodating. Both drivers were very young however i was very pleased with the careful and caucus diving they demonstrated.

"Best ever car buying experience" I purchased mt first BMW from Ferman and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked with me on price, the vehicle I wanted, and worked with me while I was awaiting word from my insurance company on whether my prior vehicle would be repaired or totaled as a result of an accident. They also assisted in a rental car return and demonstrated how to use the many features of the suv. All in all, I would highly recommend Ferman BMW!
