"Superb!" Scheduled my service appointment online with ease. We were greeted in the drive and Darlene did a super job of taking care of us. Our car was washed and vacuumed. Very pleased!!

"Yearly service & recalls" Everything went perfect for this service. The recalls ended up being minor. Darlene kept us updated on the status of our service with Mini, plus the windshield replacement.

"Good experience" I gave it a four star, only because our vehicle was scheduled in and dropped off, but still took time to be looked at. Other than that, our service was great. I would rather bring my vehicle in as soon as someone can look at it and not think the worse, since it's just sitting there.

"Wonderful Experience" I have been servicing my Mini for years with Ferman so it was only natural for me to look here when it came time to purchase. Among the incredible variety of inventory I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. I was taken care of the minute I walked through the door. I will be back for many years to come!

"Buying a car and service." They are courteous, honest and quite helpful. They walk you through the process making you feel comfortable and at ease. "A+ Experience with Kenny, Robert and Alan!" I’ve been to a couple of dealerships around the Tampa area and my experience at Ferman BMW exceeded the rest. "2nd BMW From Ferman" This is my second BMW from Ferman, and working with the same great guys. I called on the way over Friday afternoon, spoke with Kenny and told him what I was looking for. By the time I arrived an hour later, Alan, Karl and Kenny had vehicles waiting for me, with quotes ready to go for test drives. The Team works together to get the job done and they make it seamless.
