Buying a car at Ferman BMW was a delightful experience! After spending several weeks looking at local dealerships for a 1 or 2 year old luxury type car, we found Ferman BMW to be by far the best! Our sales person, Brian Gains, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was responsive to any calls or texts we sent him with questions but he was never overbearing. My experience at Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, Florida was exceptional. Exceptional in a way to the memory of my first purchase of my BMW. Steve did a great job for us, he made what is usually a time consuming burden into a quick and enjoyable experience. I already had an incredible car (2012 650i convertible) but Steve made it possible for us to upgrade into a gorgeous 2014 650i and I love it!!! We spent almost no time at the dealership at all! Best experience pruchasing a car because of Steve's knowledge, patient sales approach, and the fact that I felt he cared about what was best for "me".
