My husband and I had been to several BMW dealers, but we have never been treated with the level of friendly professionalism that we experienced at Ferman; I had very specific requirements, and Steve was extremely patient! I really appreciate that I never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision, and we exhausted all options before deciding on the X1. I love my new BMW almost as much as my old one, and I highly recommend Steve to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I bought my 2nd BMW from Ferman BMW. I appreciate my salesman Steven Venden and Carl Alvarez for making it happen. It was a pleasant experience and I appreciate the professionalism and the way my wife and I were treated. I highly recommend Ferman.

This is the Best BMW in the Tampa Bay Area. I recommend Melinda Rubino. She is the best car sales person and goes above and beyond. This is the second car purchase from her, and guess what, I will be coming again and again.

I believe that Melinda Rubino is a very talented sales rep for Ferman. Other reps could learn from her sales tactics. She is professional, courtious, kind, and concerned for the welfare of her customers. You would do well by hiring more like her.

Joe is the best. He always is friendly and really tries to make you comfortable. He goes the extra mile. The only thing that I can stay about Ferman BMW is the prices of such things as minor repairs. My front seat had a 2 inch scratch repaired and the cost was 83.00. I just would have fixed it for nothing for a good repeat customer. Sometimes the little things really make the customer feel like they are someone who is respected and a necessary part of the business to remain successful.

My husband and I dreamed about getting a BMW for a long time. We test drove several used BMWs before deciding on a 2008 550i with 44,000 miles. We worked directly with Mary who has been the top salesperson for several years. She was very patient with us and explained all of our options. We did get the price we wanted to pay, but really had to work hard with the Manager, Karl Alvarez, to get this price. After conducting extensive online research I scheduled my VIP appointment at Ferman BMW. I was greeted in a very timely and professional manner by the reception staff who quickly summoned my client advisor, Jim Krout. We spent about 4 hours test driving 3 different vehicles and going over the nuances and individual characteristics of each. This is the second visit within the past month for two different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Since I have an extended warranty (2006 325IC model with only 42K miles so the original warranty had expired) and it took Joe Cleaver some time and effort, including an inspection by the warranty company, to approve the work. From the moment I begin walking through the dealership Jim welcomed me with a smile. Being a bit younger than most BMW owners I was not sure how much time and attention I would receive. Jim told me everything I ever wanted to know about BMW’s and made sure the Sales Manager met me before my departure.
