We recently had a great experience with Steve Phillips & John Grima. We never made an appointment and just walked in a few times. Even if they were with customers, they took time to speak with us. We knew the type of vehicle we wanted and even though didn't have it, both kept in contact with us when the "right" cars came in. I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going but my nav would show me alternate routes that were much longer and out of the way than what I had known. Joe Cleaver in service has always been so helpful during the entire process and kept my up to date with everything. Recently had a great experience with Robert Chodorowski (sales) and Kenny Russell (genius). Robert worked tirelessly to find the car I was looking for. His communication and follow up skills are commendable. Great to work with and to the point. Kenny's great attitude and patience made learning all of the electronics a pleasure.
