I went in to fix a flat tire and met Tony in sales. He was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Didn't plan to get a new car but then he was able to give me a very good deal. Ask for him if you are considering getting a new car.

Sometimes things just go wrong, and I guess this was one of those times. It took 3 weeks to resolve what appeared to be a water pump issue with my car. I was eventually told a wiring harness was to blame. We got off to a bad start and it took much longer to resolve than should be the case. I struggled to get hold of someone when needed, and no one reached out to me. I had a very pleasant experience with Paul (and later the finance guy 'Ivan'). Both of them were very accomodating and are willing to work around your 'numbers'. When I was not able to find what I was looking for (in my price range) I was thinking of giving it a pass but due to Paul's great attitude and willingness to work around my parameters, I ended up leaving with a good condition 2011 CPO 535i. I found a CPO X3 online for a great price at Bloomfield BMW.. I was contacted the next morning after inquiring about it the night before. I made an appointment for a test drive for later that day. I then drove almost 3 hours from my home in upstate NY to Bloomfield. I was not disappointed! Pawel was very knowledgeable & extremely pleasant to deal with.
