Worked with Shahid at the dealership and Shahid was very friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable. The best quality I liked is that he wasn't pushy for a particular model or brand. Although it was a primarily a BMW dealership, but I was more leaning towards Audi A6. Shahid helped me in comparing this car with BMW 5-series as well as BMW-X3 and we did quite a few test drives. All the employees at Blomfield BMW are a pleasure to interact with.They are curteous and professiional I am always pleased with my experience at Bloomfield BMW and recommend this dealership to all.
The people were very helpful in describing the different options available regarding purchasing a used vehicle. There was no high pressure sales tactics and they allowed us time to make our own decision. They were also very accommodating when we picked up the car and went in to great detail explaining all the features of the car. Overall it was it very pleasant car buying experience.
I will start off by saying that Anthony Cerillo, General Manager, worked with me to give me the best price that I would be comfortable with. Ivan Romeo, Finance Manager, was very pleasant and answered all my questions, and patiently explained things to me in great detail. Finally, Jack Gomes took the time to go over every aspect of the car with me, and I felt very comfortable driving away afterwards. 10 stars to everyone!!
i just want to say that Shahid Saleem was by far the best sales man i have ever delt with.also he was very understanding of what we where looking to spend and he made it happen. the whole time at your dealership was a plesure. your hole staff was very nice to us.
