My wife purchased a pre-owned X5 here and we had some issues with an oil leak that was not detected before the car was sold to us. Jeff Couch and the Service team stepped in and worked diligently to remedy our issue. Jeff was amazing, he called us everyday with updates on the status of the car, what was done and when it might be ready. If a deadline was approaching and would be missed, Jeff always called us. Jeff Couch is a conscientious, sharp, helpful service representative who kept in touch with me and gave me regular updates on the progress of any repair or maintenance he has overseen for me. Great guy! Always made sure the car was ready when he said it would ready.

I just bought a CPO car and my first BMW. I met a salesperson initially who was busy and directed me to Shahid. Shahid was really friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Shahid to any first time car buyer or anyone who looking to buy a car. I went to a previous bmw dealership and the salesman was straight up forward. Told me i would need a co-signer for any car i get. But when i went to bmw of Bloomfield shahid brought my spirit up. He was very helpful and got me the exact car i wanted. He told me he would get the car price lower so i can drive off with it. I received a call a day after i left the dealer and asked "When can i pick up my car" ?!! Shahid gets the job DONE.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Danielle Weinstein is a terrific salesperson-- she was very straightforward and honest. Our negotiation over the car was pleasant, low-pressure, and quick. Customer service from the dealership was great. When I showed up to buy the car, I had my checkbook with me, but they had not told me that I needed to bring a certified check. Shahid Saleem was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Great service & experience. In the past, we dealt with other BWM dealership at the other location but not as great as this Bloomfield branch. Will recommend this place to our friends & business associates.
