Doug Sanders made the buying experience extremely easy. He presented everything clearly and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. When I picked up my new vehicle it was ready with everything functioning perfectly, satellite radio,Bluetooth etc. Ivan Romero completed the volumes of paperwork in record time. This is my second purchase with this dealership and I will return to them without question.

great overall experience! Doug was very helpful in my purchase of CPO 2010 328i Xdrive. Felt welcome as soon as i walked in, all my questions and needs answered promptly, doug was a very honest and friendly salesman, would highly recommend him to others as well as BMW of Bloomfield as a whole. Shahid is a wonderful sales person to work with. He was patient and understood all our needs. The point I really admired about shahid is that he is not pushy and gives you ample space to make a informed decision. I would highly recommend shahid to other people.
Henry did everything possible to get me into my new BMW. I couldn't find my search criteria in the inventory.I didn't compromise, customized vechile with same deal which i was promied earlier, The deal I received was incredible and they made the transaction nice and smooth for me.
