"Top notch service " BMW Bloomfield always makes it a great experience. From calling me to remind me of upcoming due service to providing loaner car to not interrupt my day to the follow up to make sure everything requested/needed was taken care of. Best surprise! They washed my car even when it had just snowed heavily that same morning.
"All my questions were answered properly" The salesman was great, the others knew what they were talking about, and the experience was enjoyable; I will surely provide the service department an opportunity of maintaining the automobile.
