"Service for Canadian Car" Very helpful in trying to identify what was covered under service from a Canadian Financed vehicle. The car shuttle service was excellent and will influence decision to come back. Mike was great. The gentleman that were in the service bay when I drove in were also friendly. All positive interactions with everyone. One feedback - my regular dealership always washes the car each service call - big or small. Doesn't impact my 5 star rating - but have come to expect it when visiting a BMW for service.
"Always there to help" David is always there to help when needed. I have had several issues come up over recent times, and he did a great job getting my car in for an appointment and fixed asap.

"Love BMW of Bloomfield" The service advisers and sales staff are all friendly and helpful. Facility is always clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the receptionists in the service department are always rude. Every single time. Other than that, it is a great dealership and I will continue to do my business with them!
"Great Customer Service" This is my second time leasing a BMW X3 from this dealership. My salesman Rafael was great. He was able to get me the car I wanted and kept me informed throughout the whole process. My experience the second time around was better than the first. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman.
