"Great experience!" Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but not at BMW of Bridgeport. Upon entering the building we were immediately greeted by a nice young lady named Lily who was very happy to introduce us to Lee, our salesman. "Great team" Always helpful, I got there late right near closing time for an unscheduled visit. Steve in service and Bernard, still assisted me and gave me a loaner so I could get to work. "Efficient, friendly, and to the point. No bs." There was no "hard sell" . All of my questions were answered quickly and honestly. Everything I wanted to know was explained quickly and without double talk. All paperwork was handled very efficiently. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't want and didn't need.
