"Trade in and new car lease" After my call early on a Saturday morning, Ramon was prepared for my visit which accelerated my decision-making. There were more choices available than I had understood from talking with a competing dealership. All of the financial paperwork was ready and clear when it came time to sign. All in all, a fun time!

"Great service in an emergency " My 2018 530i with less than 2,000 miles on it experienced a sensor failure while we were on our way back from vacation. We called the dealership, told them when we expected to arrive, and they scheduled an appointment. When we got there they took the car in immediately, arranged for a loaner, and we were on our way in less than 1 1/2 hours. Thanks
