"Excellent organize staff" BMW Bridgeport’s presentation of 3 series new BMW’s was very friendly and profession. From my salesman Volkan to my test driver Anthony to Charles who drove me home and back and Glen who instructed me on my new 320 everything was done to precision. I was totally impressed by everyone and I suggest they all get a raise.

"Great experience " I was driving and the oil light came up on my car. I pulled over and seen that the car was dipping oil. I called BMW and they was able to take me on the spot and give me a loaner car so I can continue my day. They keep me updated and was to fix everything in one day. And my service guy was great.

"Smooth Sailing " Everything about our experience was on point. From the online customer service to our sales person Kelly, to the manger and financing dept. everyone was very friendly, Kelly was very responsive and took care of everything before we arrived to pick up the car. "Gentlemanly" Good Evening Possible Bridgeport BMW Customer, Approximately 3 weeks ago I purchased a 2016 X3, I had visited the dealership a few times prior to my purchase and at no time did I feel a sense of pressure or coercion. Also, during these visits I had shared both my phone number and email and at no time did I receive any excessive calls or messages, frankly they very respectful and reserved in regards to their frequency of communications.
