My experience was excellent at BMW of Bridgeport. Volkan was professional, courteous and didn't miss a beat with how serious I was about getting the deal I wanted. After ONE phone call with Volkan at 2PM on Monday, I was driving away with my brand new M3 at 5 PM on Monday. Same day! It was seemless. The deal I negotiated is the the deal I got. Bottom line. From the moment I contacted Mitch McManus on a Friday, to meeting Kelly Gavin the next day on Saturday and working with Victoria Warner and Glen Ramsteck three days later on Tuesday... it was a seamless and stress-free process to drive off the lot in a 335i GT xDrive. The staff was expertly accommodating and for customers who know exactly what they want, the processes was fast and easy. I called ahead to look at a specific vehicle and it was put to the side and was clean and ready to see when I arrived later that evening. I have a customer service background, which can sometimes make me a “customer service snob”, but I could not be more pleased with the sales process and with my new vehicle.
