From the first contact with Kerri via email and on the phone, then with Ramon for the test drive, discussing price, getting the PO finalized, etc, to the pick up with Ramon and Glenn and Mike, it was a great experience for both my wife and myself. I worked with Ramon Felix to lease a plug-in hybrid. Started with the 530e, but ended up with the X5 40e. Very pleased with the quick and attentive service and the end result.

Lee Lopez is the only reason I purchased my Audi S5 and first car. His attention to detail is above and beyond!
