Being a previous Mercedes owner I had become accustomed to and took for granted top notch service. BMW of Bridgeport exceeded my expectation from the very first time I set foot in the showroom. Ramon listened very intently to what I was looking for and made expert recommendations. He and the team made sure that my every need was taken care of and everything was ready when and as promised. The experience of purchasing a BMW was an extremely positive one!

David Baylis, was the main reason we bought our new car from BMW of Bridgeport. David was not pushy, very honest and above all very patient with me, as I can be very picky. We searched and test drove several different types of cars and David Baylis was the most friendly and personable sales representative we've met these last few month. Once we decided to purchase the car, David took care of all the paperwork so our time and effort was minimal.

Went to Bridgeport bmw, wanting to grab the 2014 white 320i, and they got it for me right away. Test drove it & fell in love. They process my paperwork & got it right away.

I have been a customer at BMW of Bridgeport, CT for 6 years. I have always been impressed with the sales and service department. My lease was up on my 535. It was time for a serious upgrade. I worked with David Baylis. David took his time to walk me through my options. He knows BMW's lines and was able to explain the differences between the models and the options. WELL...... TRAVELED 90 MILES FROM LONG ISLAND TO LOOK AT 2 CARS THAT CAUGHT OUR EYE. MADE GOOD TIME ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP WAY BEFORE IT OPENED.... SAT IN OUR “ TRADE IN”CAR FOR 5 MINUTES AND GOT A KNOCK ON THE DOOR... IT WAS RAMON FELIX, OUR CLIENT ADVISOR WHO I EMAILED ALL WEEK TO FINALLY PICK THE CARS WE WANTED TO SEE. Because it's probably not the image they want to project, BMW North America is likely all over the owners regarding the condition of their showroom/facilities which are badly in need of a renovation. But that being said all else was excellent, most especially the salesman Volkan who between his movie star looks, smooth manner and kick xxx name should probably be in Hollywood, but having decided to sell BMWs instead, does an outstanding job and is a credit to the image of BMW, more than offsetting what may be lacking in the c... read more
