I bought a 2013 BMW X1 from this dealership. The sales process was wonderful- no pressure, everything explained in detail, very supportive. The service is equally as good if not better. Having owned 328 BMWs since 1998, both the cars, Dealer and Bernard my service rep have never failed to preform, although the cars need periodic maintenance. Because I only purchase CPO BMWs, it may take up to 6 months to find the car I will ultimately buy. Color, options and model in that order. Wonderful dealership. Jason Gellatly was my client advisor and was overall excellent. He listened to my needs and only showed me cars that met those needs. His energy was fabulous; he was pleasant throughout the entire experience and did not use any tricky sales tactics to sucker me into a bad deal. Customer service was excellent. Volkan Gok was excellent not only was he polite but he was very knowledgeable of the car I was interested in. I immediately knew which car was mine and I got it. I love my car.

We had a great experience at Bpt BMW. The staff went out of their way to make sure we got the right car for us. Our sales assoc, Val Mehmeti was a pleasure to deal with and although new to the dealership, he was very knowledgeable and referred us to other co-workers for answers to questions when needed.
