From their sales team to the service department, I’ve had nothing but fantastic service!! Always polite and courteous. I’ve always felt welcome from the minute I drive in the lot to the minute I leave. Very satisfied customer!!

"Loving my new car" I purchased a (used) car from BMW of Bridgeport in the end of February and am in LOVE with it. The service I received while there was 1st class and the follow-up was stellar. Stacey was a fabulous and thorough sales person. I will definitely go back for my next purchase - hopefully a brand new one the next time!

"BMW of Bridgeport is TOP CLASS" This is my second time leasing a car at BMW of Bridgeport, and the professionalism there is second to none. "Fast & Easy Return of Leased Vehicle" Susan made the return of my end of lease BMW 540 easy and fast! She did a pre-inspection about a month prior to the lease expiration date while I was getting the car serviced, which really helped streamline the return process. Kudos, Susan!

Best dealership I have ever walk into the staff is so professional I was assigned to Stacey Pierre-Louis omg I could have done this deal by staying home and give my information over the phone he was on point with everything he is so professional and smooth I got my car with no worries he make the process so easy I thought I went into service my car it was so quick with no headache to Stacey Pierre-Louis and bmw of Bridgeport family big 👍👍👍👍👍.

"Efficient, professional, eager to please" At BMWFS's recommendation, I contacted Ms. Ritzer last Friday afternoon to have my BMW inspected for my lease return before actually surrendering the car. She was extremely accommodating of my schedule and handled the inspection and lease return in 40 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Ritzer for any BMW needs you may have.
