We were searching for an inexpensive used 3 series, but Kelly treated us as if we were looking for a top of the line model. We were very difficult, but Kelly remained helpful and positive the entire time, and was never pushy! The rest of the staff were excellent as well! Kelly made sure the car was perfect before we left!
