"Susan did an excellent job helping me with my lease..." Susan did an excellent job helping me with my lease return. She was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries leading up to the return date. When I arrived at the dealership she was fully prepared, courteous and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone engaged in business with BMW of Bridgeport.

"Easy Breezy" Traditional baiting while having an older vehicle in the service department and having a brand new courtesy loaner worked again. Did some price comparison with other dealers and Charles Park knocked it out of the... well, Park. Got pricing in the afternoon, got approval from my better half in the evening, drove out with a new leased X3 that night. Could we have gotten it cheaper? Possibly.
