"I went in to buy/lease a new BMW 540i X. " Jonathan was efficient, friendly and informative. Victoria was very professional but also friendly. They were totally customer focused. Obviously well trained in the vehicles but customer centric. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Anthony obviously knows the vehicle well and was very helpful. There was a lot of information on the electronics in particular that I hope I retained.

"fantastic- best service I have ever had. very complete,..." fantastic- best service I have ever had. very complete, ensuring everything was fixed. Other near by BMW dealers like to make you bring your car back multiple times tell you your car doesn’t have an issue when it actually does.

"Seamless experience" I decided to take the plunge on a CPO 5 series and started my shopping close to home in Bridgeport. First stop and I am treated to smiles and an offer of a hot coffee or cold drink. I then was linked up with Charles from their sales staff and learned that he was formerly a "BMW Genius" and had been promoted to sales. A.) "Great BMW Dealer – Everyone was very friendly and helpful" I am from NJ and drove up to Bridgeport, CT to check out a certified Pre-Owned BMW that I was interested in. It was definitely worth the time/trip. Sales and Finance were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone out there. CAR IS AWESOME!!
