"5 Star Service Experience" I was scheduled for a service visit today, arguably one of the worst weather days this year! Upon arrival at the dealership, I was bracing myself for a delay or other change in plan. Would the service department be fully staffed and able to accommodate all appointments? To my delight, I was told that my required service would be under two hours.
