He attention to detail and friendly personable approach was certainly the differentiator in deciding to buy a BMW vs. the many other brands I was looking at. "BMW Of Bridgeport a Great Buying Experience" Buying my 530i from BMW of Bridgeport was a great experience. The Sales and Financial staffs were friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. "Didn't end up buying a car from him, but Kade was great..." Didn't end up buying a car from him, but Kade was great on the test drive and in the showroom, explaining all the different options and codes available on the models in my price range. I also contacted him afterwards for advice on buying a bmw from a DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP and he took the time to give me a call and provide information on a different model and different options availabilities.

"Exceptional - Customer focused service" I had the pleasure of buying a car recently from BMW of Bridgeport. Though it was a trade in, the sales staff, Sam, ensured that I got all my questions answered and even brought in a tech expert (Joe), to make sure that I felt satisfied discussing the car. The dealership self identified certain things they would update on the car before selling, which I though was very honest and responsible of them. I went to BMW in North Haven and was unhappy with the level of service I received. So glad I went to BMW of Bridgeport!
