"Amazing service and patience" I can not say enough great things about the team at BMW of Bridgeport. I worked with Ramon, Victoria, Chris & Glen and all were amazing in their perspective roles. Each one was just as friendly, informational, patient and helpful. Ramon worked hard in getting me into the car I wanted with the pricing that I could afford. "Friendly and knowledgeable staff. " We brought our 2013 330 BMW in for annual service and left that afternoon selling it and purchasing a 2019 440 BMW so we had interaction with service and sales. "Outstanding Customer Service " I will never forget the great people I met at BMW of Bridgeport. On Saturday, my wife and I traveled from Virginia to Bridgeport, Connecticut to attend my 50th High School Reunion which was scheduled to start at 6:00pm. "Great Experience" This was by far the easiest most efficient car buying experience! Kelly was an amazing salesperson, establishing a great rapport with us and providing all the knowledge we needed in purchasing our first BMW while not being pushy. We really appreciated having someone (can't remember his name-but he was patient and fantastic) go over all the details of the car on the day of purchase. "Reliable and outstanding service" My 2013 X3 broke down with a timing chain issue that has apparently plagued this engine . Despite my mileage exceeding the warranty Bernard made sure BMW honored me as a loyal customer and covered the $$ repair. He arranged a loaner for the nearly 2 week repair and kept me informed all along the way. Service by Bernard and the entire staff was outstanding for this and the several other cars we purchased through this dealership. Really a well run dealership!
