"Service" Needed an emergency floor module replaced. Received the installation within 24 hours. My experience started with the service manager that went out of his way to resolve the issue. Through his delegated authority my vehicle was taken in the next day and problem resolved.

"Very satisfied " Very good experience on 4/16/19. No waiting. Kept my appointment right on time. My usual service rep was out ill, so I had another service rep called Tona Zarrelli. She suggested that I go for a ride with one of the mechanics so that I could identify my concerns. His name was Matt. It was an excellent suggestion which led to the service team being able to pinpoint the car issues readily. Both Tona and Matt are great to work with and went above and beyond to make my experience with BMW a painless one.

"Sunny in Bridgeport" Online searching for a slightly used X5 brought us to this dealership for the first time. Staff could not have been more welcoming, organized, or honest in their interaction with us. Ramon Felix was friendly, patient, and well-reasoned during price negotiations, and Victoria Warner actually made the financing process a breeze with her good humor, clear explanations, and customer-focused recommendations.
