"Great Service " Very pleased with service at Bmw of Bridgeport, they were so helpful, gave me a brand new loaner car, and got me in and out with no delays. My own car came back washed and vacuumed which was great- still miss the loaner 540i maybe next year!

"Amazing customer service" Every time I bring my car in for service the entire staff goes above-and-beyond. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous. Its like adult Disney world for service and sales!

"flat tire due to hitting pothole on way to work" Very efficient and accommodating, as I had no other transportation and was provided a loaner when they realized the tire needed to be ordered. They were in constant contact to keep me informed. Rims were bent which they were able to fix within the same time frame. Dropped off the loaner, paid for the service and left in my car within 10-15 minutes.
