Provide better customer service. Recently, I had a very bad customer experience at Sandy Sansing BMW. I own a BMW. I called a few weeks ago to see about my oil change under my maintenance plan. I was told it was time and we scheduled a time. When I arrived, that was not the case. I do not live near the dealership and changed plans based on the service person saying I could come down. I took my 328xi to the service my problem is the car was giving lights on the dashboard that are not supposed to be on! They change $125 to check up , not bad after the check they told me the problem is the junction, as I know this is the brain of the vehicle, they charged me $550 for that with everything total came out to $990 with the smart mechanic HRS , five months after the car stopped showing how much gas I have ! They will pawn off their extended 50,000 warranty and tell you your car is covered to 110,000 miles for $2000 extra dollars then tell you your warranty was in effect the moment you signed on the dotted line. They are misleading, unethical, and will lie right to your face telling you again and again your golden until 110,000. I will never buy a car from this crook again. I cant even dump this car because the $2000 warranty put me upside down and at 97,000 miles they tell me my extended warranty is no longer any good. That I h... read more

I was excited to receive a beautiful red Z4 for Christmas from my husband. The hardtop convertible was used but appeared in good condition. One problem we noted was the discoloration in the paint. Some panels were painted in one shade of red and others in another shade. The salesperson said this was just how the car came. Now the paint is oxidizing and Sandy Sansing BMW will only offer $1000 off our next purchase. I love my gift. Typical bait and switch dealer. Daughter was trading in her Lexus SUV on a new BMW. We wanted her Lexus and spoke with the salesman on the phone about it. We have a Mazda CX-9 signature series that he said he would give us in between 33-34K on and we could have the Lexus that was traded at the trade in value with a known cash addition. It makes no sense to me why bmw sandy sansing is telling me THE ONLY WAY to get a key made for my SUV is to show them registration , although I told them it's NOT registered due to it not being drivable! I'm just trying to get it to the mechanic shop so it CAN eventually be drivable, although it will need alot of work because it was my fiances that passed away almost 2 years ago and it has been sitting the entire time !! I purchased a 2011 BMW 328I from Sandy Sansing in pensacola. Great hospitality at first. But I was a women that absolutely didn't know to much about purchasing a car. But I did rely on the salesperson to sale me a good used reliable car.But I was not so lucky. My car has been in the shop more than I have been driving it.
