Today I went to get car parts for my 328i 2007 because my friend works on BMWs at another garage in town. I called before to get a quote on pricing for 3 items. valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, eccentric shaft sensor gasket, and eccentric shaft motor gasket( football gasket). I go up there and see only 2 items he gives me confused to why it's only 2 packages before I purchase I simply asked what I was purchasing. Please read before buying a car from Sandy Sansing. This dealership uses deceptive, if not illegal, practices during their financing process. They will try and sell you extended warranties that are third-party warranties instead of actual BMW warranties. They do this not because it is best for you but because they get large kickbacks from the third party company. These people are the reason used car salesmen have a bad name. Buyer beware! They employ one of the oldest tricks in the book, bait and switch. We have been talking to them for two days about a car listed on their website, scheduled a test drive and pre-qualified for financing only to be informed minutes before leaving that the car we are looking at was sold two days ago eventhough that same car is still listed on their website as I type this. Pretty upset with Sandy Sansing BMW - I purchased my 2011 BMW, with them. And for 3 days now I have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding my warranties I have. 1st day the receptionist passed me on to the service manager ...& even though I thought that was strange I left a voicemail - received no call back. 2nd time I called - again I tried to explain who I was looking for and before I barely had the words out of my mouth the receptionist again transferred me to the service department - the service person did listen... read more

Buy your car from Fort Walton Beach. Do not buy a car from this place. They are not upfront and they lie to customers.

This BMW dealership has the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Just because I didn't buy my BMW there they didnt care to treat me correctly. I've left 4 voicemails with 4 different people and no call backs. I will be contacting the General Manager and I will be contacting BMW USA and filing a very serious complaint. Certified pre-owned just means they can sell you a car with all kinds of issues and even if you buy the extended maintenance plan, they won't fix it. This is the worst car I've ever purchased and I will be letting everyone I know about the experience and discourage them from buying here.
