the man running the service department is very rude. he would not refund my key or get me a new one even though he told me the transponder was bad and he's the one that sold me the key it has nothing to do with the key fob
horrible sales Dept, owned 3 BMW cars , none of them were purchased at SS BMW, cars are overpriced , they try to rip you off on your trade, stay away .

Stared out as a great experience but then turned horrible. My sales rep told me he call me in a couple days for a deal. Waited the days herd nothing so as this point I went back to the dealership. GM of sales flat out told me that he told my sales guy to get me out of there because I would no go up on payments. If you have any sense don’t do business with these people.
i have called the dealership over the last 2 years. everytime calling service I have never had a human answer the phone. always have to leave a vmail. maybe you should hire more people.
i purchased a new Bmw three months ago it is a lemon - been in shop 26 days out of three months. Cannot get them to make us whole and repurchase this car has had to be towed to shop three times in first three months - poor customer service and response
