Fantastic service finally I have not always had good luck getting service at Bremen but Bismarck the service agent was fantastic. He was accommodating had my car ready when I arrived everything. I cannot say enough about his service

My experience service was fine. waiting 45 minutes for a loaner car is not fine.
Thank you I have lost track already of how many Minis I have leased with Braman. Antonella Zumino was my sales person from the beginning. This time around her role has changed but she recommended Nico Bak who immediately treated me very well, listened to what I wanted and helped me with the lease of my new Mini in no time and stress-free. Antonella did the financing/contracts for me and was flawless as usual.
