Great Response Great experience that started with the valet through the entire staff. Special thanks to my advisor Armando, who modified his schedule to help me out.
New X5 Jorge Velasco was really good. Guided me through the whole process with patience, flexibility and respect. This is our 6th X5 and I think our fifth from Braman. Id recommend a little more reach out from the dealership senior management and recognition for long term customers - they arent very good at that.
Customer Service at Braman Mini is Outstanding! Fernando is simply delightful to work with. He is involved and detail oriented!
Service experience Overall the service rep was excellent. The car was returned to me impeccable. The only problem was the cashier when I picked up the car. Inefficient. Valet area was inefficient as well. Took overall one hour to get my car back. And there was no feedback from the person in charge at the valet stand. Spoke to the manager and I told him that at this point with the pandemic ongoing we need to be more efficient as the more time we spend in a place, more odds to contract the virus. He agreed.
Change of oil Mr. Daniel Soto has excellent costumer service skills and has always been so helpful in mi visit to Braman.
Excellent Service Excellent service. Javier is the best ... this is my second car that I have bought. Easy way to buy, great knowledge of the brand and models. The financing department is also very friendly and quick in its process.
Braman BMW My last visit was excellent. My service advisor was very helpful, and the overall service experience went well. I hope Braman was more consistent so that I could always rate it high. Having said this, I am concerned about my BMW; it has 13,000 miles and it seems to have too big a share of problems under warranty. I am concerned about it and if this continues I will go back to Warren Henry Jaguar where I was a client for many years and I purchased 5 cars. I NEVER had ANY reliability or service problems there.
