Routine Maintenance X3-M40i Went for routine maintenance, the Service Advisor Mr. Guerrero, as in all my visits got me in no time on a Loaner Car. Latter he gave me a call informing me that when they did the inspection they found that the water pump was sweting (first sign of failure) but they changed it. The SAV was delivered on time as promised.
Fabulous Customer Service and Care! Just wow!! I inquired about a vehicle at 8AM and drove 4 hours to get it! The process, kindness of Carlos Hernandez and Octavio Salazar was magnificent! The price and process was quick and the car is beautiful! I will be coming back yo Braman for sure!
New Mini Cooper thank you George!!! I bought a BMW like a year ago in braman miami, couldnt be happier with it but I wanted something more young and went for a Mini Cooper , this experience was easy, amazing, treatment was beyond great and the sales man, George is the best in Braman he walkways takes care of me!!!
