Car had a weird problem. 3-year guarantee applied Car history was reviewed. Recalls and other pending revisions were checked. Reportedly, everything was review. I was kept updated daily on the progress of repairs. The car is working great.
Customer Very professional, extremely pleasant, and Excellent customer service skills, especially from my Service Consultant, B. Guerrero. My car was ready, and serviced before the time promised....even with an unplanned repair for a recall for my vehicle. I was especially please with the fact that BMW gave me a complimentary car wash, which my car desperately needed!. The inside of my car was cleaned too. Overall, I was very pleased by my experience at BMW, and thats why Ive been going there for years!
